AN ACT CONCERNING SIGN-IN SHEETS FOR VOTERS AT THE POLLS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That chapter 146 of the general statutes be amended to require voters to sign in when coming to vote and obtaining a ballot so that there is a signature sheet to compare with names crossed off on the voter lists.
Statement of Purpose:
To reduce voter fraud by requiring voters to sign in once they arrive to vote at polling locations.
