AN ACT REQUIRING THE DEPARTMENT OF ENERGY AND ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION TO STUDY THE FEASIBILITY OF ELIMINATING ETHANOL IN GASOLINE.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to require the Department of Energy and Environmental Protection, in consultation with the Department of Public Health, to study the feasibility of eliminating the use of ethanol in gasoline.
Statement of Purpose:
To study the feasibility of banning the use of ethanol in gasoline.
