AN ACT CONCERNING THE PROVISION OF CERTAIN BEVERAGES AND FOOD AT FUNERAL HOMES.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:

That chapter 385 of the general statutes be amended to allow funeral homes to serve nonalcoholic beverages and food in connection with a funeral service.

Statement of Purpose:

To allow funeral homes to provide certain services to patrons.
