AN ACT EXEMPTING SWIMMING POOLS OWNED AND OPERATED BY CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATIONS FROM INSPECTION REQUIREMENTS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That chapter 368a of the general statutes be amended to provide that a swimming pool which is owned and operated by a condominium association shall be exempt from routine inspection by the local director of health.
Statement of Purpose:
To exempt swimming pools which are owned and operated by a condominium association from the requirement that a public swimming pool be inspected by the local health director.
