AN ACT CONCERNING THE MAINTENANCE OF TREES BY HOMEOWNERS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to require homeowners to remain vigilant about the condition of trees on their property by inspecting and removing dangerous or unhealthy trees in order to protect neighboring properties and limit the liability of neighboring homeowners.
Statement of Purpose:
To require homeowners to remove dangerous or unhealthy trees on their property.
