AN ACT EXTENDING FARM WINERY HOURS OF OPERATION.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:

That subsection (f) of section 30-91 of the general statutes be amended to extend the hours of operation for farm wineries from nine o'clock p.m. to eleven o'clock p.m. every day of the week.

Statement of Purpose:

To extend the hours for the retail sale of wine and the tasting of free samples of wine by farm winery visitors and prospective retail customers.
