AN ACT REPEALING THE PREVAILING WAGE LAW.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to repeal prevailing wage requirements on public works projects.
Statement of Purpose:
To make the cost of public works projects more competitive and to allow the state and municipalities to save money on such projects.
