AN ACT CONCERNING THE VO-AG SCHOOL BUILDING PROJECT AT LYMAN HALL HIGH SCHOOL IN WALLINGFORD.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That, notwithstanding the provisions of subsection (d) of section 10-286 of the general statutes or any regulations adopted by the State Board of Education or the Department of Construction Services pursuant to said section 10-286 requiring change orders to be submitted not later than six months after the date such change order is issued, the town of Wallingford may submit a change order after such six-month time limit for the new regional vocational agricultural construction project at Lyman Hall High School (Project Number 148-0147 VA/N).
Statement of Purpose:
To permit Wallingford to submit a change order for a school construction project later than six months after such change order was issued.
