AN ACT EXCLUDING OVERTIME PAYMENTS FROM THE CALCULATION OF STATE EMPLOYEE RETIREMENT INCOME.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:

Statement of Purpose:
To prevent state pensions from being artificially inflated by the overuse and abuse of overtime.
