AN ACT ALLOWING SMALL BUSINESSES THREE ATTEMPTS TO COMPLY WITH FINANCIAL REGULATIONS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to provide small businesses with three attempts to comply with financial-related statutes and regulations of the state.
Statement of Purpose:
To promote small businesses by providing "three strikes" to comply with financial statutes and regulations.
