AN ACT REQUIRING CERTAIN ALL-TERRAIN VEHICLES TO BE REGISTERED WITH THE STATE AND REQUIRING THE ESTABLISHMENT OF ALL-TERRAIN VEHICLE TRAILS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to require each all-terrain vehicle to annually be registered with the state, except if such vehicle is used solely on the property of the owner of such vehicle, and to require such annual registration fee of thirty dollars to be used by the Department of Environmental Protection to maintain all-terrain vehicle trails.
Statement of Purpose:
To require ATV's to be registered with the state and have the fees from such registration be used for all-terrain vehicle trails.
