AN ACT INCREASING FUNDING FOR CONNECTICUT'S YOUTH EMPLOYMENT PROGRAM.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the appropriation to the Labor Department for Connecticut's Youth Employment Program be increased from its current level for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2014.
Statement of Purpose:
To increase the opportunities for youth to obtain summer jobs and build work skills during the summer months.
