AN ACT DELAYING REVALUATION IN THE TOWN OF FARMINGTON.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That section 12-62 of the general statutes be amended to authorize the town of Farmington to approve, by a majority vote of its legislative body, a delay in revaluation for not more than five years after the time required for revaluation under said statute.
Statement of Purpose:
To permit the town of Farmington to postpone revaluation for up to five years.
