AN ACT CONCERNING THE STUDY OF INTERDISTRICT EDUCATION PROGRAMS.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:

Section 1. (Effective from passage) The Department of Education shall study issues involving interdistrict education programs in the state. Not later than January 1, 2011, the Commissioner of Education shall report on such study to the joint standing committee of the General Assembly having cognizance of matters relating to education, in accordance with the provisions of section 11-4a of the general statutes.

This act shall take effect as follows and shall amend the following sections:
