AN ACT REVISING THE COMMUNITY INVESTMENT ACT TO PROVIDE DAIRY FARM FUNDING AND RESTORE FUNDS TO THE FARMLAND PRESERVATION PROGRAM.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to revise the Community Investment Act to continue the state's policy of funding a dairy farm safety net and to restore funding to the Farmland Preservation Program.
Statement of Purpose:
To provide support for dairy farmers and farmland preservation.
