AN ACT CONCERNING REGULATION OF MOTOR-DRIVEN CYCLES.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:

That the general statutes be amended to require any operator of a motor-driven cycle to register such motor-driven cycle with the Department of Motor Vehicles, and to require such operator, regardless of the horsepower of the motor-driven cycle, to use a vision-protecting device.

Statement of Purpose:

To require an operator of a scooter to register the scooter with the Department of Motor Vehicles, and to use a vision-protecting device when operating the scooter.
