AN ACT CONCERNING OPINION LETTERS FROM NATUREOPATHS AND CHIROPRACTORS RELATING TO ONE'S ABILITY TO SERVE ON A JURY.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That section 51-217 of the general statutes be amended to permit a licensed natureopath or chiropractor to offer an opinion letter concerning a person who should be disqualified from jury service due to a disability which permanently prevents such person from rendering satisfactory jury service.
Statement of Purpose:
To permit a licensed natureopath or chiropractor to offer an opinion letter on a disability which permanently prevents one from rendering satisfactory jury service.
