AN ACT CONCERNING PESTICIDES ON MUNICIPAL, STATE AND PRIVATE FIELDS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to expand the ban on the use of lawn care pesticides on school grounds to include any municipal, state or private playing fields that are used on a regular basis by students in kindergarten through the twelfth grade.
Statement of Purpose:
To expand the ban on the use of lawn care pesticides on school grounds to include all municipal, state and private fields used by students in kindergarten through the twelfth grade.
