AN ACT CONCERNING THE UNIFORM RELOCATION ACT.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to permit receiverships to be created to allow a municipality to recover costs when relocating tenants due to a code violation.
Statement of Purpose:
To provide an alternate means by which a municipality may recover its costs when relocating a tenant.
