AN ACT CONCERNING A STUDY REGARDING CONSUMER PROPANE TANK RENTAL COSTS.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:

That the Department of Consumer Protection study consumer costs to rent propane tanks for residential heating and cooking.

Statement of Purpose:

To study consumer costs to rent propane tanks for residential heating and cooking.
