AN ACT CONCERNING THE FORMULA FOR THE EDUCATION COST-SHARING GRANT AND THE EQUITABLE FUNDING OF SMALL TOWNS.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:

That section 10-262h of the general statutes be amended to revise the equalization aid grant formula to provide equitable funding to small towns.

Statement of Purpose:

To revise the education cost-sharing grant formula for the purpose of equitably funding small towns.
