AN ACT CONCERNING ACCESS TO RECORDS MAINTAINED BY COMMON INTEREST COMMUNITIES.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That section 47-260 of the general statutes be amended to permit a unit owner to access the personnel and salary records of persons employed by, or under contract to provide services on behalf of, an association.
Statement of Purpose:
To provide more transparency to unit owners with respect to records maintained by the association of a common interest community.
