AN ACT PROVIDING FOR RECIPROCAL LICENSES FOR LICENSED ENVIRONMENTAL PROFESSIONALS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to provide for reciprocal licenses for licensed environmental professionals.
Statement of Purpose:
To expand the Department of Energy and Environmental Protection's ability to license and regulate licensed environmental professionals.
