AN ACT CONCERNING MEMBERSHIP OF THE ELECTRICAL WORK BOARD.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:

That section 20-331 of the general statutes be amended to require one of the members of the Electrical Work Board to be a limited contractor licensed to perform low voltage work.

Statement of Purpose:

To require one of the members of the Electrical Work Board to be a limited contractor licensed to perform low voltage work.
