AN ACT ELIMINATING GASOLINE ZONE PRICING.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to eliminate the practice of gasoline zone pricing and to create a standard gasoline pricing model for the state.
Statement of Purpose:
To eliminate the practice of gasoline zone pricing and to create a standard gasoline pricing model for the state.
