AN ACT PROHIBITING A SALES OR USE TAX FROM BEING IMPOSED ON THOSE UTILIZING A MEDICAL ALERT SYSTEM.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That title 12 of the general statutes be amended to prohibit a sales or use tax from being imposed on those utilizing a medical alert system.
Statement of Purpose:
To prohibit a sales or use tax from being imposed on those utilizing a medical alert system.
