AN ACT CONCERNING MEDICAL SPAS AND LICENSED PRACTICAL NURSES.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:

That section 19a-903c of the general statutes be amended to exempt licensed practical nurses who were in practice on October 1, 2014.

Statement of Purpose:

To grandfather licensed practical nurses who were practicing in 2014 from the requirements concerning medical spas.
