AN ACT REMOVING MARIJUANA-RELATED CONVICTIONS AS A BARRIER TO OBTAINING A MARIJUANA-RELATED BUSINESS LICENSE.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to remove past marijuana-related convictions as a barrier to obtaining a marijuana-related business license.
