AN ACT CONCERNING LABEL REQUIREMENTS FOR ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES MANUFACTURED AND SOLD ONLY IN THE STATE OF CONNECTICUT.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That section 30-63 of the general statutes be amended to remove the label requirement for alcoholic beverages manufactured and sold only in the state of Connecticut.
Statement of Purpose:
To remove the label requirement for alcoholic beverages manufactured and sold only in the state of Connecticut.
