AN ACT CONCERNING ACCESS TO BLOOD TESTS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That section 20-7d of the general statutes be amended to allow a patient who has a prescription for a blood test from a physician to request that the results also be sent to other providers.
Statement of Purpose:
To allow patients to select additional medical providers to have access to blood test results.
