AN ACT CONCERNING THE FILING OF FRIVOLOUS LAWSUITS.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:

That the general statutes be amended to prevent the infringement of free speech rights, guaranteed pursuant to the First Amendment of the United States Constitution and Article I, Section 4 of the Constitution of the State of Connecticut, resulting from the filing of frivolous lawsuits.

Statement of Purpose:
