AN ACT CONCERNING PUBLIC ACCESS TELEVISION AND TOWN SPECIFIC PROGRAMMING.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to extend access to town specific programming for each of the six towns in the area two provider region and to increase the grant amount from existing residential provider fees currently awarded to the area two cable advisory council.
Statement of Purpose:
To increase access to town specific community access programming.
