AN ACT PROTECTING PRIME FARMLAND FROM DEVELOPMENT.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to strengthen existing provisions restricting the state subsidization of development on prime farmland.
