AN ACT CONCERNING FUNDING FOR THE IMPROVEMENT OF THE WATERBURY BRANCH OF THE METRO NORTH RAILROAD.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the Commissioner of Transportation prepare a report identifying funding sources for the program to improve the Waterbury branch of the Metro North Railroad and submit such report, in accordance with the provisions of section 11-4a of the general statutes, to the joint standing committee of the General Assembly having cognizance of matters relating to transportation
Statement of Purpose:
To improve the Waterbury branch of the Metro North Railroad.
