AN ACT PERMITTING THE USE OF GRILLS ON OUTDOOR PATIOS AT CONDOMINIUMS.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:

That section 29-291a of the general statutes be amended to require the State Fire Marshal to amend the State Fire Prevention Code to permit the use and storage of grills or other similar devices used for cooking on the outdoor patios and decks at condominiums.

Statement of Purpose:

To amend the State Fire Prevention Code to permit the use of grills on the outdoor patios and decks at condominiums.
