AN ACT CONCERNING MUNICIPAL POWERS TO IMPOUND AND DESTROY A DIRT BIKE OR ALL-TERRAIN VEHICLE.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to permit a municipality to confiscate, impound and dispose of a dirt bike or all-terrain vehicle that is operated in violation of a lawful municipal regulation or ordinance.
Statement of Purpose:
To permit a municipality to confiscate, impound and dispose of a dirt bike or all-terrain vehicle that is operated in violation of a lawful municipal regulation or ordinance.
