AN ACT CONCERNING CANNABIDIOL PRESCRIPTION MEDICATION.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to specify that, if a cannabidiol investigational product is newly approved as a prescription medication by the federal Food and Drug Administration and rescheduled by the federal Drug Enforcement Administration, such investigational product shall be similarly approved as a prescription medication in this state.
Statement of Purpose:
To provide a potential treatment for children and adults with epilepsy.
