AN ACT REQUIRING REPORTING OF THE VALUE OF SOCIAL SERVICE BENEFITS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to require all local and state social services agencies to file a year-end report available for public inspection on the value of all nontaxable social services benefits received from such programs.
Statement of Purpose:
To provide a public record of the value of social services benefits received.
