AN ACT REQUIRING UNDOCUMENTED IMMIGRANTS TO PAY TUITION FOR ATTENDANCE AT PUBLIC SCHOOLS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That section 10-15 of the general statutes be amended to permit local and regional boards of education to charge tuition to the parents of undocumented immigrant students for attendance at a public school.
Statement of Purpose:
To charge tuition for public school attendance of undocumented immigrant students.
