AN ACT AN ACT CONCERNING COURT CONSIDERATION OF THE RIGHTS OF A FAMILY UNIT IN ABUSE AND NEGLECT PROCEEDINGS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That subdivision (6) of subsection (c) of section 46b-129 of the general statutes be amended to require that the court, when entering interim visitation orders, shall gave due consideration to visitation with all members of a family unit, including, but not limited to, the parents, grandparents and siblings.
Statement of Purpose:
To encourage the protection of family rights in abuse and neglect proceedings.
