AN ACT CONCERNING THE INCLUSION OF CYBERBULLYING IN THE ANTI-BULLYING POLICY OF SCHOOL DISTRICTS.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:

That section 10-222d of the general statutes be amended to permit a local or regional board of education to include cyberbullying in the school district's policy against bullying.

Statement of Purpose:

To allow local and regional boards of education to include cyberbullying in their policies against bullying.
