AN ACT LIMITING THE AVAILABILITY OF AFFORDABLE HOUSING LAND USE APPEALS.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:

That section 8-30g of the general statutes be amended to limit the availability of the affordable housing land use appeals procedure to applications for affordable housing developments that are greater than one acre in area.

Statement of Purpose:

To limit the availability of the affordable housing land use appeals procedure to applications for affordable housing developments that are greater than one acre in area.
