AN ACT CONCERNING A PILOT PROGRAM IN NEW HAVEN FOR A "SECOND CHANCE" MODEL HIGH SCHOOL.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That title 10 of the general statutes be amended to create pilot program in New Haven for a "Second Chance" model high school for former juvenile justice offenders eligible for high school.
Statement of Purpose:
To provide former juvenile justice offenders with the support and services of high school while they complete high school degrees in a context that meets their needs.
