AN ACT CONCERNING THE EXCLUSIVE USE OF EQUIPMENT AND FACILITIES BY AGRICULTURAL SCIENCE AND TECHNOLOGY EDUCATION CENTERS AND INCREASING THE REIMBURSEMENT RATE FOR CERTAIN AGRICULTURAL SCIENCE AND TECHNOLOGY EDUCATION CENTER CONSTRUCTION PROJECTS.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:

That subsection (a) of section 10-65 of the general statutes be amended to ensure that agricultural science and technology education center equipment and facilities are used exclusively by such center and to add a provision that provides a reimbursement rate of ninety-five per cent for any agricultural science and technology education center construction project in which an application was filed between November 1, 2014, and November 1, 2015.

Statement of Purpose:

To require that agricultural science and technology education center equipment and facilities are used exclusively by such centers and to establish a ninety-five per cent reimbursement rate for certain agricultural science and technology education center construction projects.
