AN ACT CONCERNING PEDESTRIANS ON PUBLIC ROADS AT NIGHT.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:

That title 14 of the general statutes be amended to require pedestrians using public roads at night to wear reflective clothing, use reflectors or have a flashlight on hand.

Statement of Purpose:

To enhance the safety of pedestrians and motor vehicles on public roads after dark.
