AN ACT CONCERNING COVERAGE FOR DEPENDENTS UNDER THE STATE EMPLOYEES RETIREMENT HEALTH PLAN.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:

That section 5-259 of the general statutes be amended to allow coverage for dependents of state employees under the state employees retirement insurance plan.

Statement of Purpose:

To provide health care coverage for dependents of state retirees.
