AN ACT PRIVATIZING THE ADMINISTRATION OF THE STATE'S SUPPLEMENTAL NUTRITION ASSISTANCE PROGRAM.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That section 17b-105c of the general statutes be amended to allow the Commissioner of Social Services to contract with a third party to administer the state supplemental nutrition assistance program.
Statement of Purpose:
To privatize the administration of the state's supplemental nutrition assistance program.
