AN ACT CONCERNING THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY AND THE APPROPRIATION TO THE UNIVERSITY OF CONNECTICUT.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:

That the general statutes be amended to require line item appropriations in the state budget for The University of Connecticut.

Statement of Purpose:

To require the General Assembly to create line items for the appropriation to The University of Connecticut.
