AN ACT REQUIRING PHOTOGRAPHS ON REMOVABLE WINDSHIELD PLACARDS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That subsection (a) of section 14-253a of the general statutes be amended to require a removable windshield placard to include the photograph of the person who is blind or person with disabilities for whom the placard was issued.
Statement of Purpose:
To require photo identification on removable windshield placards to prevent abuse of such placards.
