AN ACT ALLOWING "WELCOME HOME" MESSAGES FOR RETURNING CONNECTICUT MILITARY UNITS TO BE DISPLAYED ON OVERHEAD ELECTRONIC SIGN BOARDS ON STATE HIGHWAYS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to allow overhead electronic sign boards on state highways to be used to display "Welcome Home" messages for state military units returning from active duty.
Statement of Purpose:
To allow "Welcome Home" messages for state military units to be displayed on overhead electronic sign boards on state highways.
